My understanding is that zero'ing CDKAT and CWDLSAHK will disable the rear-o2.  I'm flashing the file tomorrow when I have time to run up to his place in Saratoga, so I'll see if it works.

That was just my impression, I haven't actually done it yet! Grin
I do eventually plan on removing the rear O2's completely, both in the tune and physically, but for now they are still in good shape.
ESKONF bytes for the rear's are still a bit of a mystery though.

Well there's something whacky going on with this guy's car.  The ECU file I read failed checksum from the start.  I made the MSLUB, CDKAT, and CWDLSAHK changes... fixed all the checksums... flashed... car won't start.

So I found an original bin on here from amd is the best, compared to my friends original... and they're not even close.  MSLUB in the original bin doesn't look right at the address from 559E XDF.

I ended up using the original bin and making the CDKAT and CWDLSAHK changes according to Daz's addresses.  All readiness is passed except O2, but no failures.  Enough to pass NYS inspection.

Thanks you both again for your assistance.

How were the battery voltages?
When I read my ECU with out the booster battery, it failed multiple times (battery was at 12.8volts), then I connected my booster (14ish volts) it read perfectly the first time.

Was on a charger for both reading and writing.  I don't take chances with that.

Just checking.

Comparing the one you posted here and the other 560AF, it would seem there are a lot of sections that for some reason got shifted, so the offsets given here are most likely wrong... Except the codewords from the 559E XDF, which should be ok.

The AHKAT constants (or what I think they are anyway) in the other 560AF are:
AHKATMN 0x186D8
AHKATMX 0x186D9
AHKATS  0x186DA
AHKATSB 0x186DB
AHKTMXT 0x186DC

Which with those, if they are indeed what I think they are, should get you rear O2 readiness with a gutted/high-flow cat, instead of just "unsupported".

Thanks.  He should be fine as is, NYS inspection allows one "incomplete" or "unsupported" bank for a 2001.  I'll know shortly if he passed.
