Looking for a WinOLS map or XDF for a 4B0906018CL to start tuning my car. I've tried finding maps from other ecu's but it's difficult to find a comparable bin/map to compare with. I've tried comparing with a 032HS and have found some similarities such as the LAMFAW map. Any help is appreciated.

me7check v1.12 (c) mki, 06/2004-05/2012
Checking file 018cl_stock.bin (size=1048576)
Reading Version Strings...
-> Bootrom Version = 05.12
-> EPK = 40/1/ME7.5/3/4012.31//24b/Dst01o/041000//
-> Contents of ECUID data table:
   - '0261207323'         (SSECUHN)
   - '1037360280'         (SSECUSN)
   - '4B0906018CL '       (VAG part number)
   - '0001'               (VAG sw number)
   - '1.8L R4/5VT     '   (engine id)
-> Contents of ECUID data table:
   - 'HW_MAN004'

-> No errors found. File is OK.   *********************

I have also attached the beginnings of my XDF file.

I'm sorry, I never created an xdf for this before I switched to winOLS, so I don' have one for you. If there are specific maps you need, happy to help, just post.

Thanks for the reply. As it turns out I found that the 8E0906018B closely matches the 018CL so I've started putting together an XDF for this. This can be moved out of requests if needed.

8E0906018B can be found here:
http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=749.0

I've attached the XDF from the maps I added today:
KFDLBTS
KFDLBTS
KFLBTSKFZWOP
KFKHFM
KFMIOP
LDRXN
KFZW

Looks like this thread will become another work in progress of defining the XDF as I go along.

Thanks guys.

I am uploading my most up to date definition and it should have most of the maps for a stage 1. Please let me know if I missed something... other than the boost PID parameters, still working on understanding the boost controller and locating the maps.

Here is the most recent update. Haven't added much because the snow has really put a damper on the ability to log.

http://s4wiki.com/wiki/Tuning#Primary

I would scale KRKTE based on your injector flow rates.

80lb/hr = 840cc/min

Multiple by your stock flow rate and divide by 840. Remember this is just a starting point. You will still need to modify TVUB, etc.
