Hello everyone. When I put it in neutral (stopping,traffic,lights) car stalls sometimes. I did 6 speed swap, was driving the car without ecu flashing or coding, it never stalled once. Than I flashed ecu with s6 modified file (from 99 4.2 manual), right after that I defeated immo with 95040 file from this forum. After it stalls there is only one fault code - Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70) Signal too Low. Could maf just spontaneously broke? Maybe throttle body? I didnt find any vacuum leaks. I dont know where to look anymore. Mechanical part was easy, never knew it would be this difficult in this part.

MAF sensor isn't very expensive. They get old and aren't very sturdy, maybe it got banged somewhere sometime along the way. If You don't know how old the sensor is, just replace it and call it a day. It usually is the culprit, assuming there aren't any leaks in the piping between maf and throttle body.
You can test it to some extent by unplugging the maf sensor connector but I recommend buying a new one or perhaps testing with a working sensor from another car. If You already got in running at all after the swap, You can pat yourself in the back. Considering the scale of things, a maf sensor fault code is a drop in the ocean.

i would suspect maf, but immediately after ecu reflash car started to stall almost every time i put it in neutral, it never happened with stock flash (just some idle problems) i am guessing file i flashed is not 100% for my car. Interesting thing is that it idles and drives great, just stalling when driving and suddenly putting to neutral. :/

I think something is wrong with flash file, i guess its not completely made for my car (i used 99 4.2), maybe someone has a manual 2000 4.2 a6 modified file and could share it ?

What file did You use? There was a modified S6 file for A6 injectors and MAF (iirc) in the old tuned files section. Don't recall if it was for manual or auto trans.

Yes it is. There is a 559E.xdf available here. You can use that to look at the relevant information. Then You can download the 559D.xdf and use that to find the same maps in your current file (559D is ME7.1).
559D.xdf should be close enough for You to find the same maps if You use the 559E file and compare it side by side with the one You are using.

thanks for your help, unfortunately i dont know how to modify these files, i am new to this flashing and tuning ecu stuff, i am just hoping somebody has already modified file that could share :/

TVUB, KFKHFM, and FKKVS are all incorrect. Those are likely causing your stalling issue. Then you still have all the bad error classes, KVB, ignition timing, intake actuators, the fact that you have no CEL, the list goes on. I suggest copying TVUB, KFKHFM, and FKKVS from your old file. Most of your issues should be resolved. |

i thought that file could be wrong, unfortunately i dont really know how to edit those, maybe there is someone that could help, i really dont want to mess with things i dont know :/ also original file is at my mechanic so i dont have it :/

Here is a US auto file from which to take the injector and MAF data (FKKVS, TVUB and KFKHFM). You should also copy the axis data for FKKVS and KFKHFM.
