meh.
still doesnt make my original point invalid. the current file the op has will cause a chksum fault.

Yes, because the NLS script compromised the RSA checking functions in the bin. Why should me7sum DISABLE RSA checksumming?

as a quick patch, it works.
there are LOADS of softwares and patches that dont work correctly and 100% of the time that make their way to mainstream (not just ecu related).
its a patch. it works. it will save this guys car from being dead randomly one day when he goes to start it.
i didnt see you posting telling the guy his current file wouldnt work?

its great we (you) know what the problem is. but currently there is no other solution. this is a solution be it ideal or not.

I used the script and got an no-start too. Weird thing was it started twice but failed on the third start for me. I did the first two starts and called it good only to have it no-start at the gas station. Luckily I always carry a KKL cable and netbook with Nefmoto on it in the trunk. Pissed off the guy behind me waiting for the pump though...

I did the same as you and found a bin with anti-lag already done and worked from there. Not ideal but it works for me. That said, I hardly use it anyhow. I'm sure its going to coat my O2 sensor in carbon eventually. I do like the NLS however. Use that quite often now that I've learned to override the natural tendency to lift off the gas.

The community stg 1 doesn't have it added. I metioned over in that thread if anyone would like to add it to the file.

I have some kind of mental issue I've always wanted antilag but my last car was a diesel. I was able to get launch contorl working but nothing close to Antilag. I said to myself if I ever take the plunge to a gas car, AL and nls is the first thing I'm doing. I don't really like the n2mb wot box I'd rather have it in the tune....

Probably, im at home now so I can go through it a little easier now. im going to try to redo it. <

Edit: I think I have to choose my settings in tunerpro first, save it, check it, then add the script. That make any sense or no

Sorry about my confusion on that. Wish I could help but the working AL/NLS bin I have is 032HN.

Nothing wrong with wanting AL. Hell, it is pretty neat in and of itself. Hope you sort out a solution.

ok so I set my speed and rpm thresholds etc. me7sumed it and it corrected the errors. me7check no errors found. Then ran the launch.php, and me7sumed the output file. 6 errors were found and it fixed them all. me7checked it, now I have no errors at all. Seems promising  Grin

Will flash in a bit and see if it starts. Ill attach it if anyone wants to look.

If the script munged the RSA function no amount of checksumming will fix anything unless you no op out the RSA checking calls.

You don't have it. It's a bug with the address the routine uses. No amount of checksumming will prevent the issue when the RSA signature check fails.
