can anyone point me to any info on how to get this to work correctly with my windows 8.1 tablet?? it will open but nothing shows up when I open a .CSV file.
I've tried a bunch of different java versions with different compatible modes to no avail Sad
thanks for any help!

once I open the CSV I can't do anything, but the program isn't frozen or anything

Yea its broken because VCDS likes outputting a dead first column sometimes.

You'll have to wait for the next release.

I'm gonna be out of town until Monday, and I'm not sure i'll have time to work on it until then.

In mean the time you can delete the first empty column and save in the .csv format.  I have done that with several logs recently, seems to work (see attached log).

Forgot you should also move the first and second row over one column before deleting.

For MED9 looks like you also have to move some of the headers around which I did not have to do on my ME7.5 log.  I revised your file, see attachments.

Edit: Ignore the attached graph, wrong file...
