I have heard and seen talk about bad bins or bad revisions I should say.  Perhaps there's bugs in them or what not?  What makes a revision good in the eyes of a tuner?  I have the following 4B0906018CM 0010 bin that I am attaching.  This is what I have been making all my changes to since it's the newest revision I could find.  Is this a good practice?
