Does anyone have an ECU file for s6 with a 6spd?

Thanks

What are you trying to accomplish with the S6 file?

The injectors are different, the intake flaps are different, the MAF is different and so on.
You can't just flash the S6 6 spd in there, it won't work properly.

This guy knows.

I use the S6 file as a base, mainly because I have been for a long time. There are a TON of calibration differences, and even more code changes if you want it to run properly. The 4D0907559E is the S6 file you're after.

Probably I asked it the wrong way, sorry. I'm doing a 6spd swap on a 01 4.2 V8 AWN. I was looking for an ECU file for a 6spd.

Thanks for the replies

You are asking for the right thing, but not understanding why it's less than ideal.

The thing is that there isn't an 6-speed ecu file for AWN as manual transmission was never an option for 4.2 A6 cars. If You use the manual file from a S6, You have a ton of work to do. Pretty much everything upwards of cylinder block is different. It can be done, of course. There just isn't a flash and forget way to do it.
