After flash car cranks but no start (no cel). Accidentally flashed a s4 file instead of the original file but with egt deletes. Tried to flash with galetto, it erases but fails at writing. Any ideas?

I had this recently when my bench cable had a poor connection. Redid it, all good.

Ok, will try this again. Was it voltage Positive and ground related?

Yep. Power issue. Would erase, then fail before starting the write. |

Ok, makes more sense now. Ok, I checked over the bench harness to figure out it looks ok but I have another one I can put together again so I try that. Ok, so the same thing happens again(flashing stock allroad fill) erasing and writing fails. And curiously I have done a data read and it came back with this DATA READING
Start data reading...ERRORE DATAECU.
Now this is because the ecu was erased correct?

It's a program issue. Not sure exactly what, but.... What cable are you using? If you can't get it, send me the ecu, I will fix it for you. 0 dollars. |
