As long as you're prepared to work and learn, people here will help you.
You are in a slightly awkward position if a stock file will not run your car, that will make it a lot harder, but you can still do it, and you have the massive advantage of understanding German.
I would start off by logging your car, so you have a reference of what it's doing with the current tune - not because you should copy it, but it will give you an idea of what is needed to make the car run!
You then need to check the basics, can you read/write your ECU, or does it have additional hardware to make that harder? You may wish to consider getting a spare ecu off eBay so you can leave the current ecu intact.
Once you can read/write and log, you need to start worrying about the map so take a look at the stage 1 and 2 community projects, the s4 wiki and the funktionsrahmen, then post up a thread listing your hardware and where you think you need to start tweaking the stock map.
Hey ok, thank u for your words!
So I be able to flash software (galetto and nefmoto) that´s no problem.
In moment I tryining to optimate the tune of my friends RS4 und the tune of my own car.
I made little changes and they worked (ldrnx, kflbts, etc)
The second tihing I made, I took the tune of der RS4 which was an F-Box file and integrated it into
an K-Box file. So my friend has the andvantage of the K-Box software now.
Logging my actually is a lil problem because I have a D-Box und the definitions I have are very cheap... :-(
My wish is to make my own M-Box tune!
Starting with integrating my Siemens Deka 630ccm injectors and my RS4 HFM...
