I assume we are dealing with k04 hybrids turbos or something of the like?

perhaps you shouldn't start from stock in that case, but your dimx definitely needs some work.  q2 also should be smoothed from high lde to low lde.

Look at your maps in the table graph and smooth out the lumpy transitions at the very least.

Smiley not stock turbos, stock k04 as PJ K04, not hybrid k04s

The other problem could also be that his req boost is rising during spool, which would cause D to be smaller than if req boost were stable during spool.

Are you sure you are not having a leak? 100% sure?
And your Throttle plate angle should be more aggressive as well. You are not geting 100% until 4krpm. That has nothing to do with your PID Control btw.
WGDC shoud also be more aggressiv while spooling.

That is stock behavior. From my testing, it has no real significant effect on spool, but there is still debate over that.

Perhaps you'd want to start with all the boost maps from an RS4 file and make minor tweaks?

Naw, I think he is close.

my 2 cents:

1) Get req load to be steady during spool
2) Make sure dc is 100% during spool
3) bring in Q2 earlier (for large lde) and maybe stronger

Oh, also, he needs to log all the PID values.

Did you look at his bin?  I personally think he'd be better off starting with rs4 maps.  Smiley

Not saying he can't get it from here, but I think he'll find they need more work in other circumstances later.

Back to this,

I made very small changes on LDRXN and KFLDIMX, also desired throttle to 3000rpm(with no difference)

Boost request seems to change with IATs, I made 20.25 and 39.75 columns to be equal on KFTARX but yet, different boost profiles.

2 logs attached, little different LDRXN and KFLDIMX on test40, but the different IAT made a different boost request.

Ok, think now is getting much better.

Made request during spool more stable and small changes on IMX and this is the result

Is there something that I can improve?

No. That looks fantastic. Good job!

Although i'd try to keep 95% duty through spool longer...

Ok, I will try to do that.

I had done that previously, but it only stay at 95% till 2250rpm then become "unstable"

Many thanks to all of you for your help.

I'd suggest a bit more request early on. Something like this (but consider leaving a bit more headroom than I did):
