Hey,

Just wanted to share my findings using this pump with high fuel pressure. My car is running between 1.5-1.6 bar of boost with this pump on E85. I've been facing some higher RPM and intermittent leaning out issues. I figured I am just using the pump at it's limits so a compensation in FKKVS was needed, however the real issue was (after searching online) the pressure relief valve of the pump, which starts to open at 5.5 bar of fuel pressure.
Doing what's described in http://foreinnovations.blogspot.hu/2014/02/increase-fuel-pump-capacity-50-for-free.html "resolved" the issue and now neither any compensation is needed nor I am getting any lean spots at my boost levels. I am not saying this is a perfect solution, but at least there is someone on here who tested this method and can tell that it works.

Cheers!

Later F90000267 revisions include a 110psi relief valve.

The 274 is technically the high pressure version.

So what you are claiming is that a 2018+ 267 pump is identical to the 274 pump?

I dont know the year they changed this, but the fact is that they changed.
My 267 is from 2018. I tested it after reading this post, the link attached on the post.
The last setence is:

DOES THIS PUT THE PUMPS AT RISK?
Absolutely forget a pump warranty...but you're probably used to hearing that if you're using 80 psi of fuel pressure. By the way, TI Automotive is planning a future revision in the F90000267 to increase the blowoff pressure to 110 psi. Until then, this is the best way to accommodate high base+boost cars.

This text is from 2014.
Sometime after that TI automotive upgraded the 267 with higher pressure relief valve too.
I tested myself. I got 108psi with mine. If this is not sufficient for you, i'm done hahaha.
