95040 Eeprom Orientation on ECU board
« on: April 27, 2015, 04:02:00 PM »
I have a question regarding the orientation of the 95040 Eeprom and what would be the correct way to place the eeprom
on the pads, before soldering.
As the picture shows, the numbers "950403" run LEFT to RIGHT when the ECU connector is facing toward you. The YELLOW line shows that the numbers are closest to the rear of the PCB.
So, best put, my question is this: Does this picture show the proper orientation of the 95040 chip for the ME7.1 ECU...??
Thanks in advance to anyone whom can answer this.
