Can anyone verify for me, that in an application with only front O2 sensors, CWKONLS is set to 17? With all four it is set to 51.

I tested with 17 and it behaves just like a car with rear 02 delete.  cant answer if thats how euro cars come though.

Can you explain exactly what behavior you noted with the different settings? When I get the chance I was planning on seeing where these bytes have influence in the Funktionsrahmen.

if you were to set anything other than 51, the sensors that are left out go dead.  even if plugged in they do nothing, heater circuits and all.

I have my rear O2's unplugged and all readiness tests display "Passed" with VCDS.

I am not sure what you define as "real readiness", but I don't see any other checks that need to be defeated. Can you provide a reference?
