Hi,

does someone know how often this happens? I found some videos on yt with "tial leaking" and so on.
The problem is that we can not sort out the boost while its leaking.
Ther is currently a 0,8bar = 11,6 psi spring in it but because its leaking its not opening at 1,3/19psi Sad

With a little bit of aluminium/copper paste its is not leaking. Looks like the O-Ring is no spare part.
The air is definately coming from the O-Ring and the connection between the milled alloy head of the tial.

This part is not old and has not seen this much km/miles and Egt wasnt hotter than 950 degree celsius.

regards
