I cannot read memory layout in my a4 b7 1.8T
I have tried every memory layout, changing boudrate and nothing works. Can someone help to solve it.
Software is 1.9.3.2.
My ECU
Part No SW: 8E0 909 518 AQ HW: 8E0 909 018 B

Far from the expert on this? Just curious if the ECU has been flashed previously and security from that tuner is preventing you from reading it?

I have seen this on ECUs I know have been tuned commercially already.

I think if you use the largest memory, then it will handle any of the smaller chips.

Job done. Frist is to have good OEM ECU bin file. Just upload it and it goes on. Afterwards I have tried also to put some tuned bin and works well.

Late model b5.5/b6 ecu ask this before reading or writing. As long as you select 800bb you won't have a issue
