Hi all ,

Hope everyone is well

I noticed an issue as of late , when I go WOT after a long light throttle cruise , the boost wont go past 1.1 bar . After a few pulls and an increase in coolant temp , or so I assume - as the oil temp goes up , the boost will then go to the normal mark of 1.5 bar . Now I understand that the boost is a function of load , which depends on quite a few factors but a delta of 0.4 bar is quite a bit .

Driving in the warmer afternoons does not yield the above result , its full specified boost all the way .

Perhaps there is an issue with the coolant senor - I will change that - just need a pointer to see if there is TMOT limiter for Load in higher gears

This is for BAM engine , Me 7.5

Thank you in advance

Hi ,

I don't think TANSMN is the awnser  - is that not intake air temp ?

I am convinced my problem lies with the coolant temp maps . I have a colder thermostat valve from the TT sport , BFV variant .

Any ideas chaps ? If you point me in the correct direction , I can read it up ?

Thanks
