So I'm getting slightly better. I pulled up a definition for a mk4, and I found tvub, and I located a couple bits before it, and I searched for them in the file I've attached here. Doing that, I found that tvub starts at 155EE. Great!!!
However, even though tvub is set up properly in my mk4 1.8t definition file, the values come out to be like 20, 19 ,18 something like that, so I looked at what the mk file said was the length of the chart which was like two full rows plus 11 more bits. So I punched that info into the hex editor and the table should end at 15619. But when I do that, with the multiplier that was in my mk4 def, now the numbers are decimals....so I don't know how to calibrate this table so I can edit it for the 440 cc green Bosch injectors. I have krkte set at .085, which is pretty close runability and fuel trim wise, and seems to jive with the formulae I've seen on here for chosing krkte, which was originally .13
But the idle is terrible. I just need to finish this aspect of the tune up...and I could use some help.
