Hi,

My fuel delivery system on my 3.2 Vr6 was returnless. I didnt like that solution. So i did a conversion to fuelrail with return. 4Bar Fpr.
What happens to my FKKVS now?

Take me7logger and log the following three variables:

nmot_w          ;EngineSpeed                          ; Motordrehzahl
te_w             ;{EffInjectionTime}                 ; {effektive Einspritzzeit (word)}
fr_w            ;LambdaControl                        ; Lambda-Regler-Ausgang (Word)

Then use roberts fkkvs fixer.

You have to set your FKKVS at all 1 at first. And check the RLFS like the pros said allready.
Then you have to start the logger and drive for lets say 20min with nearly all conditions.
Then use the log and your fkkvs like it was when you logged (1s) with the fixer tool and leave the smoothing stock.

Its a bit tricky to have the files in the right format. Check out the sample files he provides with the great tool.

After you have done this and you have a new FKKVS Table in your file do a wot log and check out your AFR actial vs requested.
It should match now.

BTW: do you know the edit button. No need to spam the thread Tongue

ECUx Plot as per Nyet's signature  Wink (If you're on about viewing logs in general of course!)

Ok, Like Nyet said..  Set all to "1" then check STFT.. Makes sense.. then i would see the deviations and get a good picture of how it compensates.

So with the log the FKKVS fixer can se where the ECU compensates and then genereate a new table based on the process picture.. Am I right ?

Unfortunately, it doesn't have a heatmap plotter Sad

Also consider disabling LTFTs for now.

Yepp.. The LTFT are already accidentally disabled hehe.. But thats another thread Shocked)  ..A thought struk me.. Why doent STFT handle every thing? Or Does the engine live a dangerous life if one just rely on the Fueltrims?

You can. If you are close enough they will, but you might see bad gas mileage because it isn't instantaneous.

If you aren't close enough, you'll throw a trim code and go limp.
