Hey guys, got few questions.

I was wondering one thing about ME383. There has been several ECUs for same engine code.
06A906018D - A3 AGU 1997 - 2000
06A906018AQ - A3 1997 - 2000
06A906018CG - Golf IV 1997 - 2000

Al share same hardware setup in car and was wondering if these can be crosflashed?

Say 06A906018D stage 1 file to 06A906018AQ stock ECU or vice versa 018CG to 018AQ?

No, some combinations will trigger DTC in TBI at least (saw a crossflash that made consupution in dash go crazy, but didnĀ“t read the file to see if was some "bullshit tune")

M383 ECUs are not so cross flashable. Bosch number family could give you a good guide. Could be possible that you flash 018CG info in 018AQ but I can not confirm it. I have used 018CG flash+eeprom info in an 018R with great sucess. Best bet is to look ECUs hardware. I left some inside ECU pics. It can help you.
