I'm pretty sure this is impossible but if i were to upload the 06A 906 032 DL software instead of my 06A 906 032 DM software I would lose the flash on my ECU as it basically re-writes the coding of the original file for alterations right?

I basically need to re-code the Me7.5 ECU for manual but i'd hate to lose the tune. Its just that no one wants a tuned auto ECU.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes. Flashing the ecu overwrites the calibration, aka, the tune. You can't recode the mk4 ecu.

Thats what i was afraid of.

you can recode ecu from auto to manual but not at tiptronic ecu

Apparently that only works for TDI software. Gassers won't save
