Bosch MCC Smart MEG

Hello to everyone, i have a devil to calibrate AFR in this car with bigger turbocharger and sport camshaft.
This is a particular version of Bosch ME7, i have also the damos file, but there are different definitions from standard ME7. I think it because there isn't MAF..
Is there anyone that is expert in this ecu ?
