I recently purchased a stage1 tune for my aum audi from a very well known online file tuning company but after emailing them several times and a lot of attempts the tuned file still refuses to work and is as flat as a fart. I am currently running a temporary map that is the auq maps copied over to my aum map and it runs very well, I only purchased this map as I hadn't had time recently to really get into tuning my own etc,  my engine is mechanically very good and im not showing any dtc's but this issue is doing my head in. I don't want to really name and shame anyone but I was wondering if any decent tuners could please look over the file for me to rate if its good or bad as it wasn't an ebay cheapy job either. I don't want to post the file on the open forum as im aware I might be posting a commercial tune and don't want to be naughty. please pm me with your email address and ill forward the file and the .kp for winols ive been using to look it over. many thanks in advance.
