Tried using 099 but it didn't give the result I was anticipating.  It did show O2-Reg.OFF but when I switched to the measuring blocks to log STFT after a couple of minutes the LTFT started incrementing as normally after clearing DTC's.

I put 099 into the measuring blocks page to monitor the value and it only remained disabled for about 10 seconds before switching back to O2-Reg.ON.

Yeah, it is active only while you are in Basic settings and ch99 is activ.
It stops as soon you enter another ch.
It is good only to get en idea if you have tuned idle well.
Ie, you choose ch99 in Basic settings, have the car ideling and wb02 ON. If your fueling is perfect it should hold around 14.7.
If not, it will go either way.
Turn off, go back, adjust needed fueling maps. Do all over again.
This is just a check up if you dont have real time tuning tools
Cheers.
