P0103 fix HPXN1

I've been getting just the slightest amount of maf signal noise every once and a while from my otherwise great PMAS HPXN1. Originally I thought I was hitting MLMAX, but after actually analyzing logs, it looks like I'm getting just a little bit of garbage over 5v when the code gets triggered.
My fix was to remove the dtc from error tables, but I'm wondering about other/better ways to go about fixing this issue.
