A friend of mine will be using this injectors.

They will be used on a RS4 B5 at stock fpr(4bar)

I was able to find on the web the injectors worksheets, but they are missing the voltage offset multiplier.

Is there a way to "find" the multiplier from this data or it will need to be "trial and error" using 3bar offset as a starting point?

actual flow from supplier flow slip is 882cc at 3bar

so KRKTE will be: 480/1018*0.06749= 0.031822

Ok, I ended up using voltage offset values from worksheet and only had to change KRKTE

KRKTE: 0.029970

TVUB:

8v     10v    12v   14v   16v
1.998 1.368 1.029 0.787 0.645

With this LTFT are:

idle b1    part b1    idle b2    part b2
0.0         1.8          0.9          2.2

Hope this would help someone intending to use this injectors

Odd choice, the spray pattern really isn't appropriate for the b5 head...

My friend wanted a plug and play solution, EV14 would be better but he didn't want to use spacers/connectors adapters.

Funny thing is both Deka 630 and 875 is like only injectors the UK b5 comunity runs.
How can they be so wrong?

I wonder if it would look the same with a pulsewideth and a frequency? I have a matco tool that can simulate both. I'll try and setup up a jig this week.

Look at the datasheet. 20 degree single, on axis cone.

Thanks Nyet. Still curious if it would look different being pulsed vs. static which I assume that it.

That doesnt look good at all.
Straight down in the wall between valves.
My research has shown - tha best "big" injectors for RS IM are Bosch 980 long nose 040

Research?

The 040's are also single cone.

Please don't post stuff like that w/o substantiation. This is why there are so many terrible ideas floating around in the first place.

Here's the video's I found online where them pictures come from.

630cc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1BK2TDHzC18

875cc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rhB_f36a3nw

The 875's seem to black smoke on boost, and give off horrid part throttle fueling.

Anything bigger then 630cc I say Injector Dynamics now.

I stated RS IM not S4 IM. There is a difference. It is singel cone but with 7 hole orrifice in wide angle at 30 Deg. This is the closest " Big enough injector"  you will come At right angle again Nyet " RS4 B5" intake manifold.

Owning it myself after been through couple diff injectors -  i would call it Research, far more Research than sitting behind a computer talking abot stuff you never had or even never seen.
So why dont you knock yourself and give me another carisma -. You stand for all of them anyway.

I am starting to belive this is something personal. You are always on my case with some BS
