Has anyone successfully manually copied the data from a MK4 Golf/Bora RB8 Immo3 cluster to a VDO Immo3 cluster?

Had a massive issue with it. You're better just recoding the cluster tbf.
Mine wouldn't and had to do it manually. Got some of it, then spent a few hours attempting to find the immo data. What a ball ache.
