Bits in codeword, bitnumbering MSB or LSB?

Hi, When activating or deactivating bits in a Me7 codeword im uncertain which bit is bit "0" and vice verca... is Bit "0" MSB or LSB?

window calc doesnt show the zeros
your codeword is 00110000 which means bits 4 & 5 = 1
