No, just normal off the shelf winter tires, with or without studs. The whole point is to drive the same cars with same tires as You would drive every day to work on the street with other traffic. Spiked tires were forbidden as a general rule on this occasion as there would be horrors if regular street tires and spiked rally tires were used at the same time. There are of course other events for rally tires, this was meant for the average Joe to come and get to know their cars.
