Title: Very weird ps_w values
Post by: masterj on October 04, 2014, 01:48:56 PM
Hi, guys!
Need your help on this very weird issue. Most of the time I use ECUxPLOT to filter logs by wped = 100%, but today I've tried to check logs based on TIME and found that ps_w are extremely low while in light throttle or part throttle.

Please checkout my log and look around 75-100s. ps_w goes down to 250!

And here's log (for some reason I can not attach it).

ps_w is modelled intake manifold pressure...

ps_w is modelled intake manifold pressure...

oh ok :) Ill have to fix this then... I have moved to different file and there are a lot of sensor and other adaptations. I guess I have wrong model here...

One small question: is this including vacuum?

ambient pressure + boost/-vacuum ?

In other words if my ambient pressure is 1000mBar and vacuum on deceleration is -700mBar then ps_w is 300mBar, right?

This was my point, it is modelled intake manifold pressure. The intake manifold is not always pressurized and values below ambient pressure are completely normal.
