I've done BAT tune with OLS300 and want to write it on a new 27c1024 (=Bosch M3.8.2). But suddenly my TL866 won't write it, I always get the error "ERROR! Address 0x000100 Buffer Data:0x01C3 Verify 0xFFFF". Different 27C1024 (=new!!) won't work too. What do you guys use for writing these chips? I've heard of GQ-4x4 Programmer, would you recommend it? Title: Re: 27C1024 Programmer Post by: zipx on May 11, 2023, 03:29:50 AM for anyone wondering problem is with pinout to plcc44.. if you use dip40 to plcc44 converter, its not made for 27c1024 so programmer wont write/read data..
also for write you need 13.5-15V Vpp and 6.25V Vdd |
