Hi,
I've done BAT tune with OLS300 and want to write it on a new 27c1024 (=Bosch M3.8.2).

But suddenly my TL866 won't write it, I always get the error "ERROR! Address 0x000100 Buffer Data:0x01C3 Verify 0xFFFF".
Different 27C1024 (=new!!) won't work too.

What do you guys use for writing these chips?

I've heard of GQ-4x4 Programmer, would you recommend it?

for anyone wondering problem is with pinout to plcc44.. if you use dip40 to plcc44 converter, its not made for 27c1024 so programmer wont write/read data..
also for write you need 13.5-15V Vpp and 6.25V Vdd
