It all looked similar except for the KFKHFM region. The 4.2 has the ascii engine description there instead. the V8 ME7.1.1 uses 0.000133 (V6 -> 0.000166) keep searching for a similar V8 map pack, this will get you much further. It's a selfstudying thing. But if you get stuck, with specific asking you'll get answers here. I changed the KRKTE to 0.000133 but the value doesn't line up with the KRKTE calculators whereas it did at 0.00016666. Your ECU for NA 4.2 clocked аt 40Mhz Flow rate for the stock injectors is 190.5cc according to this website .... Nominal flow rate is given for 3 bar fuel pressure. Your engine works with 4 bar pressure. You must recalc real flow rate of injector multiply by 1.14 approx 195 x 1.14 = 222 cc/min.
