I am new to tuning have been reading the forum for a while before posting. So i try not to waste your time too much.

I have an audi tt with 1.8t apx running with a wideband ecu with BAM file (8N0906018H ). I have installed it myself and car is also got some hardware mods:

Hybrid turbo K04-022
bosch ev14 injectors (with 4bar FPR)
Quantum 265lph fuel pump
Forged rods
Airtec FMIC
Decat straight through exhaust
red "r8" coilpacks, etc

EVAP, EGT sensor, 2nd lambda, SAI, VVT, all these systems are off on the file, seem to be working fine, i get no faults. vvt and egt are off because apx doesnt have them.

i dyno the car with stock file only the "offs" and power is good 220/230hp to crank.
The problem i have is i tune it and still get no power gain. always stuck around 230hp.
boosts earlier and feels better, but no real power gain.

i think at 1.3 bar peak boost i should see more power.
ignition tables are still stock, on log you can see slight knock -3 but its because of bad fuel, knock is 0 with 98. i couldnt get good fuel for this log. didnt have time..

please if someone could check file and help me. im a bit stuck at this point. have gone over file many times but maybe i dont have enough experience to find the problem. or understanding something wrong.

You really should richen up your lambda at full throttle. a request of 14.0:1 is way too lean specially at 19 psi peak boost

YES, i am aware, this is not a finished tune, but this afr should stop me making power, correct?

My requested lambda in LAMFA and KFLBTS are richer than 0.95. will have to find out whats going on there too.
But as i say, i dont think this is the reason power hasnt gone up...

lamfa disaster (do the axes seem strange to you?)

hbn disaster (some values ​​lower than stock)

I am new in tuning, thought axis for lambda were strange, but not sure what they should look like..
Is the mappack wrong? I havent changed the axis.

And tabgbts? I dont have egt sensor so how does this matter?

I wanted to use ldrxn for load limiter, not hbn, thats why i flattened it. I dont seem to have boost issues anyway.

Can you see anything else that could be stopping it from making power? Do the logs seem ok apart from afr?

I am not sure if MAX maf of 240g/s is correct for this kind of boost or if the logged load looks correct.

Knock 4600 to 6000

Reset IRL/IOP to stock , more data saved LDRLMS-W LDRLTS-W PID Duty injectors...
Check AFR with your new LAMFA
correct your boost to 4000

Yeah there is some knock in this log, no knock with good fuel though.

Will look into the rest and try it out

i changed LAMFA, but still requesting 0.95 on logs. No idea why. :'(

Also nmax changed to 7000 but still limiting at 6800.. must be missing some other rpm limiter

your last 100% lamfa axis was still at 0.95

WOW, i see what you mean with your mappack, but i used your address, for my axis and it seemed to look correct, i will attach screenshot, just to show you, even though you have corrected it anyway. thank you again sir. will test it later and hopefully dyno car soon.

on this capture nothing goes 0.95 stock must be in the last columns. property inverted the axes this will also be more understandable. and be more progressive in your values ​​not from 1 to 0.84

I put the car on the dyno today and the results were poor :-\

It made 238hp max, and stock was 227hp.

Maybe someone can carry on pointing me in the right direction.

I will attach the logs from the dyno run, the tune and the dyno printout.

Based on the csv you've put in the zip file:

If I see correctly, then you're not requesting enough load

especially with k04 hybrid + connecting rods you can ask for much more

I will try, but this car has made more power in the past with this kind of boost.. thats why i was going to keep pushing gradually, but expected more HP at nearly 1.3bar
