I modded my stock file to push around 20psi and its only boosting around 16psi . If i swap to MBC it holds at 20psi and I tried diff working n75's same issue . Any one have a idea heres some logs.

n75 not plumbed right maybe. It needs to be logged though to ensure you're requesting 20psi Title: Re: 518F Tuning Post by: prj on April 21, 2013, 02:02:55 AM Adjust kfldimx . If actual isn't meeting requested. It needs to be logged though to ensure you're requesting 20psi N75 is 95% DC, so does not matter what he is requesting :) Title: Re: 518F Tuning Post by: littco on April 21, 2013, 06:13:53 AM 95% wgdc and underboosting means hardware problem. n75 not plumbed right maybe. If n75 wasn't plumbed right it would either over boost or just run actuator pressure. Fact 2 are doing does point to hardware issue agreed. What does it run with n75 unplugged ie just actuator pressure? 14psi as per your graph or 10psi preload? Title: Re: 518F Tuning Post by: littco on April 21, 2013, 06:15:19 AM N75 is 95% DC, so does not matter what he is requesting :) Of course.. Missed that... Opps Title: Re: 518F Tuning Post by: nyet on April 21, 2013, 11:25:58 AM he says it holds 20psi with mbc.. so there has to be a n75 issue.

He also says he replaced the n75 with no change :( My money is on a damaged n75/wastegate line. Title: Re: 518F Tuning Post by: prj on April 21, 2013, 03:18:34 PM is anyone else not scared that hes trying to run 20spi from a franken with stock injectors? Well yeah it obviously will melt his engine in the long run, but I don't think anyone on this forum cares about that. Everyone seems to be obsessed with running more and more boost, injector duty cycle seems a foreign concept. The stock injectors won't even do what he is running now, they are done at about 1.1 bar @ 5000rpm, after that you have to drop the boost like a stone to 0.7 at 6k if you don't want to run out. Here's a log from a Stage 2 file bought by someone from a certain member on this forum, that was supposedly made for stock hardware. This log is from a bone stock K03 2.7TT. Nice isn't it? Title: Re: 518F Tuning Post by: prj on April 21, 2013, 04:27:28 PM Correct, but as I said, no one seems to care about this on this forum.
Title: Re: 518F Tuning Post by: vdubnation on April 21, 2013, 09:19:45 PM so i went out bought all new hoses and a brand new n75j valve car boost a little higher than what i m requesting 22-23 but once i go over 4300 rpm i get this fluctuating boost 10 20 10 20 10 20 the neddle goes back and forth i hear my diverter woosh woosh woosh
ps: i have some bigger injectors and bigger maf just trying to get one thing at a time fixed was having a wg issue forever Title: Re: 518F Tuning Post by: littco on April 21, 2013, 11:16:52 PM so i went out bought all new hoses and a brand new n75j valve car boost a little higher than what i m requesting 22-23 but once i go over 4300 rpm i get this fluctuating boost 10 20 10 20 10 20 the neddle goes back and forth i hear my diverter woosh woosh woosh ps: i have some bigger injectors and bigger maf just trying to get one thing at a time fixed was having a wg issue forever Turbos surging or the DV opening.. If its surge its dangerous for the turbo and you'll need to cap below the boost surge line. If its the dv then just try another one. Title: Re: 518F Tuning Post by: prj on April 21, 2013, 11:32:20 PM Surge would be down low I reckon, 4300 rpm should not surge anymore, but hard to say without logs.
How about a log? Title: Re: 518F Tuning Post by: Bische on April 22, 2013, 03:11:54 AM Careful now lol
I had my stockers maxed out at 0.9bar/5000rpm and .83lambda, but my engine did breath better than stock setup. Title: Re: 518F Tuning Post by: vdubnation on April 22, 2013, 08:43:08 AM will have some logs tonight
Title: Re: 518F Tuning Post by: vdubnation on April 22, 2013, 05:35:59 PM log as promised
