Title: 5.92/3.83 - Maf and IAT Post by: ricekikr on August 07, 2015, 01:38:11 PM How does a 5.92/3.83 calculate fuel related to temperature differences (after fully warmed up)? I couldn't see a map that uses the IAT for fuel correction when warmed up. It does use the IAT sensor for warm up maps though.
1. Does it just use MAF? 2. MAF + IAT sensor to compute fuel? Title: Re: 5.92/3.83 - Maf and IAT Post by: eliotroyano on August 10, 2015, 05:19:51 AM I have seen that M382 uses a MAF/IAT map --> KFFMLTA 5x8 Gemischkorrektur durch Luftmassenstrom und Ansauglufttemperatur. I have looking for the same one for M592/M383 without luck. I have not see a similar map yet.

Hi Junior you are right, do you know why that behavior occurs? Title: Re: 5.92/3.83 - Maf and IAT Post by: overspeed on August 10, 2015, 10:28:20 AM Hi Junior you are right, do you know why that behavior occurs? Don´t know for sure, see some guys changing Tair sensor from manifold to inlet and get much more stable lambda values... with FMIC you get much less deviation when using a larger chinese SMIC Title: Re: 5.92/3.83 - Maf and IAT Post by: ricekikr on August 10, 2015, 07:44:24 PM Checked KFFMLTA - It only affects a small portion of the map. (when below 20c and low-mid load)
Do we have a voltage correction map, other than TVUB? Title: Re: 5.92/3.83 - Maf and IAT Post by: overspeed on August 11, 2015, 07:14:44 AM Not I found till now...

(when below 20c and low-mid load) That is the reason I have the idea that it shouldn´t be KFFMLTA map there and should exist other bigger MAP in other location in dump. That way (2x2 applied below 20c and low-mid load) is almost useless. Just my idea.
