Audi a4 8e0909518al 2005

Been running perfectly since I bought it, yesterday went to read the Eco using latest version of nefmoto to see the ecu data. Connected fine, read the data and then disconnected. Now car will not start. Cleared dtc's one if which is p0602 Control module no programmed but it is. Can scan with vag com , can reflash with nefmoto and galletto in bootmode, but it still won't start! Now getting p01681 flash memory not complete. Any ideas?
