to run AUM ecu with just 3 inch (225) maf and 225 s3 injectors just a case of copying over MLMFM and KRKTE over? or im i missing something?

I also did tvub, temin, which seemed to work fine from what I can tell

How about KFKHFM ? Is there small difference about somewhere to 7% in values between KFKHFM  in Bam and AUM file ?
Should it be also copied ?

yes,

To be honest I've just run the 018cb file on the AUM Ecu without any issue.. Just delete the EGT and everything else is good...

I only swap 3inch Maf to standard AUM file should i also have to copy FKKVS ? i run on standard 320cc injectors.
