I have a Chipped ECU on my table, I opened it, and this is what I see. It does not look normal.

Can I Read/Write it normal with NefMoto Software and Galletto 1260
without problems in Boot Mode ?

Sorry for my bad english  Undecided

Looks like MTM. You cannot flash over it, but you can read it.

So it's only intended that the dealer can't overwrite it?

I can use the normal Boot Mode Pins ?

You cannot overwrite it, even in bootmode! It has an encryption board! You must replace it with a stock chip. If you are in the US I can do that for you.

Yes I understood, thank-you ! I want to read it first and Save, and then replace it with a Stock Chip, I'm from Europe but thanks for the offer.
