VW mk4 auto to manual swap

I just finished converting a 2003 VW jetta 1.8t from a failed tiptronic to a manual 5 speed. Can someone help me convert this automatic ECU file to become a manual transmission ECU file. I do know on the earlier cars it was as easy as recoding the ECU to manual gearbox. But this ECU will not accept manual gearbox coding... please help.
Not shy of the wrench, but new to this file stuff.

Why not flash over it with a manual LP file? Is the LQ tuned?

No the file is not tuned...I didn't want to mess up the immobilizer, etc... I don't have a file to flash it to...

Do you have a file that I can flash to this without messing up the immobilizer, VIN, etc...

reflashing only the flash will not affect the immo at all. only if you touch the 95040 chip.

OK... great do you have I file that I can flash onto this ECU, that will turn it into a manual transmission ECU?

I found one...flashed without any trouble so far... as soon as the weather lets up, I will go for a drive.
