How do you measure EGT? Dit you install a K-Type and loop it in the ECU or is your group 230 only the a produkt of KFATMKRH?

All exhaust system is 76mm at the moment... he will upgrage to 80mm or 90mm asap.
They are not talking about your exhaust, but about the restriction of the turbine. What is the size of the turbine housing?
You are trying to cram more air through the same hole as before with this larger turbo, and as you may know higher pressure = higher temperature. The tips to combat EGT are usefull like more efficient ignition angle and extra fuel for cooling, but there is logic to the cause too.

Even worse - because the compressor wheel is now larger, the CHRA spins slower to produce a certain amount of boost.
That also means that turbine flow is less for a given boost pressure - this increases exhaust pressure even more.

If you have a 0.63 housing you need to go to a 0.82.
