what ecu me5.9 or 3.8  Huh what for a chip is inside . you can use the file from a german car all the same

ecu should be m5.9. European car has one O2 sensor, this one has 2. or it is nor a problem? I will post sw after weekend.

I am sure, because I have changed them both few months ago. Cheesy  Also there I can find bin for this ecu? I can not find it in original files section.

You can use files from
8D0907558M or 8D0907559
as original for 557N
557N has problems in operation and was replaced by manufacturer with above versions.
