You need correct the fuel consumption data on the instrument panel after change fuel injectors?
This map is not you need.
Correct KVB value [cm^3/min] according fuel rate of new injector at 4 bar fuel pressure taken from injector manufacturer data.
KVB -> 0x1A348, 8-bit. factor=3,046875

Hi Gremlin

Thanks for your answer. Yes, that's exactly my goal.

Correct KVB value [cm^3/min] according fuel rate of new injector at 4 bar fuel pressure taken from injector manufacturer data.

I read in the S4 Wiki that a maximum value of 776cc can be used for KVB.

If the injectors are larger than 776cc, then according to my current understanding, it also needs to be adapted to FKVA.

The user s5fourdoor has described how he calculates the new value for FKVA:
...Divide your injector size at the operating-pressure you use by the stock size at this operating pressure.  OK:  ev14's @ 4-bar ~= 630cc/min   Stock b5 s4 ~= 349 cc/min      (630/349) ~= 1.75.

Set FKVA to 1.75...

The user prj has mentioned that FKVA is only used in the case of Canbus clusters.
...FKVA is used only in case of canbus clusters...
I don't know whether my S4 B5 cluster receives its data via CAN bus. That's why I decided to have a try and see what happens when I increase the FKVA.

Hello Rogerius

Thanks for your help.

The address 0x81A346 seems to contain a typo. Is the address 0x1A346 correct?

value=0x10

Note: I use the factor 0,0625 to get the decimal system value 1,0 .
