Hi Guys,
just I would like to know by you if my strategy to calibrate TVUB map for the new injector is correct.
400cc green giant are working with 4 bar FPR

I'm going to do as follows:

 use the attached summary calibration spec sheet.
FNPW_OFFSET values will be multiplied with value present on another table that matching with a 60 PSI (mor or less 4 bar)
 

is it ok?

Just to throw this out here I dug up these values for 440cc Bosch injectors I was able to pull from a decently tuned file someone gave me 4b0906018ch file k04-015 turbo . Hope this helps someone!

This will get you in the ball park at 4bar:

KRKTE = 0.0586

7v         10v         12v         14v          17.8v
3.6111   1.5895    1.0001    0.7174     0.5601

FKKVS will need some work at idle and low pulse widths due to non linear behavior.
