Hello all, I want to know how to remove some DTC´s after doing an engine swap.

The ECU is a 06A 906 032 KP and the DTC´s that shows are:

P1636 - missing message from airbag
P1649 - missing message from ABS
P1523 - Crash signal airbag
P1650 - Message from instrument cluster
P0685 - ECM power relay

BTW the engine ECU has immo defeat so thats why the P1650 appears.

No worries, took me a while to get it too. I looked at the example that Tony gave, opened up his bin file and tried to re-create what he did. I compared it to my own file and I found it. I believe, (take that with a grain of salt because I'm still new too!) they are as follows for your bin:
DTC Error Code Class Table (8 bit table):10794
DTC Manufacturer P-codes (16 bits values):1332C
DTC Manufacturer P-codes (16 bits values):137B4

Just FYI, when I pulled up your bin.file, it was 58% like that of the Audi A3 definition file that was posted by ArgDub so it may help you:
