Hi guys, Im new using the me7 and im trying to retrieve my immo pin, can anyone kinda help me out I got stuck on this part: (adding a pic)

Check your Device Manager and which com port your cable is using.

I did, I went to Device Manager and right clicked the Properties and says port 0001 hub 0001.
I'm using a VCDS 12.12 Cable.

put your cable into dumb mode

you will find this in vcds settings

afterwards it should come as com1-4 in device manager...
