Hi guys. Im really stuck at this point so thought i would open it up to the forums.

I recently purchased a willem gq4x4 usb programmer and im having a tough time writing to chips.

Currently im trying to program an am29f800bb. I have 2 chips both give me the same issue. I can erase and blank check successfully but when i try to write a file it fails at address 0x080000 buffer=0xf7 device0x04

If i read the chip after the write has failed at address 080000 the file looks like identical to the start address. Its as the programmer has cut the file in half and written the first half twice.

I have attached the original file i am trying to write and the file that i read after writing has failed

I've cleaned all the contacts, taken the chip out of the adapter, removed and replaced the adapter, ensured everything is in the correct place and using the correct jumpers.
