800BB or 800 should work. Just use the "Validate Memory Layout" operation to test.

800 should be fine. The read and write operations validate the memory layout when they start.

what about a 2001 Audi A4 1.8t AWM? still 800?

I think just about every car after 2000/2001 works with the 800 memory layout.
