When I started Flashing the Eeprom of the ECU I recognized, that my Pinout is different to the one I found in the Nefmoto Bench Flashing Thread, which I think is commonly used here.
Then I googled the Pinout attached, with this I was able to Read and write the Eeprom.

Now I wanted to Read the ECU via Nefmoto, but this said there’s an error with the immo. I think usually you have to connect the immo Pin to +12V, but on my Pinout this is not shown.

So finally I need the Immo Pin for my ECU.

When the Error on Nefmoto occurred  I think I also had the option to continue without immo, but I didn´t want to take that risk. Do you think I should give this a try?

I can post the Log by this evening, but i´m sure that the missing connection to the immo Pin is the Problem.
Attached you find the Pinout that is shown in the Nefmoto Bench Flash Thread if you compare this you see that its different to the one above.

I believe the immo needs to be authenticated, or defeated to work with Nefmoto. By "immo wire" are you referring to the kline/canbus wires?

On this thread pin 21 of the second picture is named as Immobilizer:

On the pinout for my ecu this pin is missing.

So here is what Nefmoto was telling me:

Read 4 ECU info entries:
0x92, System Supplier ECU Hardware Number: 0261206823
0x94, System Supplier ECU Software Number: 1037354577
   0x9B, Calibration Date: 030906032AS , 3450, 0x00000001, 0x00000000, 0x04D4, ME7.5.10       ,
0x9C, Calibration Equiment Software Number: 0x00000002
Restoring Windows sleep mode.
Disabling Windows sleep mode.
Reading ECU flash memory.
ECU reports programming session preconditions have not been met.
Reasons preconditions failed:
-Immobilizer not authenticated

And then the window attached poped up, at this stage I aborted
