IAW 48p2 bootmod healp

Hello I have citroen c3 and I want to make virgin ecu but a can't read this ecu
When I conect with galleto v54 he can read the software and hardware nr but I can't read the flash.
Any suggestions how to conect and put in boot and read29f400bc.
