ME7 logger on ME7.3.1

Hi,
I've tried to use ME7 logger on ME7.3.1 from Alfa. I've manged to prepare a basic .ecu file and .cfg file. But once I try to connect to the ecu I get exit code 0x4.
Is is possible for me7 logger to work with ME 7.3.1. I've attached ecu .bin, .hex and damos.
